With the HF NC computer programmable full series of control system, you can enjoy automatic operation adjustment and correction, memory functions, and simple operation for the highest processing efficiency.

 

The Triaxis 1U precision display ensures accurate and precise movements of the X and Y axes, while the movement protection function prevents accidental movements during machining. With 10 sets of coordinates synchronization display, you can save time on mode setting.

 

The Z-axis can be locked in time to cater to special processing needs, and the upward discharge function ensures efficient processing. The machine offers a variety of discharge circuits, including main current processing voltage circuit, high voltage current circuit, electrode and work circuit closed current circuit, pulse acceleration circuit, equal pulse width circuit, and special processing circuit.

 

All interface systems can be modified, displayed, and executed immediately during processing without the need for shutdown. The machine also features a two-stage control for spindle slag jumps, allowing separate control of servo and pull-up speed for satisfactory processing effects in electrode size area and deep hole processing.

 

With advanced carbon accumulation prevention, the machine automatically judges the use of the PULLY system circuit and speeds up slag discharge, lifts clearance automatically, and starts deep hole processing. The height and depth of carbon accumulation can be set separately, and carbon can be automatically cleared or processing can be stopped as per your preference.

 

For safety, the machine offers fire protection and stops operation when the liquid level is insufficient. After processing, the main shaft can be automatically fully shut down with the sleep function.
