Key Features:
1. Body design
The fuselage is made of high-grade cast iron with resin sand to relieve stress. It adopts high-density rib design, which has high rigidity and shock resistance.
2. Spindle head
High-speed ceramic bearings are used, the spindle head has a built-in independent cooling system, and the spindle oil cooling device is used to control the temperature of the spindle head within a reasonable range, reducing the thermal extension of the spindle and ensuring machining accuracy.
3. Screw
It adopts C3 grade HIWIN/PIM grinding grade double-nut screw to eliminate backlash. After heat treatment, it has high rigidity, wear resistance, torsion resistance and long service life, which ensures the high precision of machine processing.
4. AC servo motor
Using Taiwan's Syntec servo, ultra-high performance servo motor, fast response, high speed and high precision.
