Constant tension mechanism
The new patented bidirectional constant tension mechanism can adjust the tension size according to the processing requirements and the diameter of the molybdenum wire, and overcome the shortage of the simple weight tension mechanism to the tension fluctuation of the electrode wire.  Even if the molybdenum wire has a small jitter during high-speed movement, it can also provide real-time adjustment to obtain the ideal processing accuracy and roughness.
Box bed, integral column
The main machine adopts 3D solid modeling design, through finite element force analysis and sufficient experimental guarantee, to ensure sufficient rigidity.  The key castings such as bed, drag plate and column are made of high-strength resin sand castings, which are designed as a large thick-walled box castings as a whole.  At the same time, a number of rib plates separated from top to bottom are designed inside the bed to make the bed have sufficient rigidity and strength.
